Keith Anderson is the author of "Gateway to Financial Freedom". Over 30,000 copies of his educational audio tape series have been sold. Keith's strategies and philosophy will be presented for the first time in the Detroit area at this event.
Over the past twenty years, Keith Anderson has played a major role in the development of off-shore structures that allow people to achieve financial freedom. Anderson has a fine appreciation for the heavy financial burden that currently weighs on the average American because of onerous taxation. The fact that this tax burden is enforced by a bureaucracy that may use levy, lien and seizure to retain its grip on an individual's income has motivated Anderson to set structures in place which legally recognize both on-shore and off-shore jurisdictions. The ability to function legally in both jurisdictions is key to retaining financial sovereignty and personal freedom.
Keith's research and development of common-law structure stretches back over the past twenty years. In the 1970's, while an independent representative for State Farm Insurance, Keith became aware of the size of the taxation footprint on incomes already stretched by inflation and economic stagnation. Approaching the problem from a Constitutional standpoint, Anderson was able to show the illegality of the actions of the Internal Revenue Service. His research proved to be of interest to more than a few people. On television and radio talk shows across the state of California, Keith repeatedly demonstrated the gap between the Constitutional structure of the American Republic and the mandate of the Internal Revenue Service. In 1979 Keith was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Common Law from the Universal Life University in Mendocino, California, for his achievements in regaining the privileges of citizenship according to the common law.
