issues, Clara is a gifted speaker who has traveled the state fighting
for her family and ours. Uniquely qualified, Clara does not have an
MBA from Harvard - she has a high school diploma and a Phd. from SHK
(school of hard knocks). Clara is a demestic engineer and Certified
X-ray Technologist who, with husband Joe (the other kind of engineer),
has balanced a family budget while raising 8 children. She will present
