Gentlemen,   It  is  hereby  requested  that  you  disclose   the
following  information,  documents or  other  public  records  as
indicated below:

1.   A copy of COMPLAINT NO. 95-74461.

2.    A  copy  of any Bona Fide complaint signed by  the  damaged
party/parties pertaining to SUMMONS 55063.

3.    A  copy  of  any and all reports filed in  connection  with
SUMMONS 55063 and COMPLAINT NO. 95-74461.

4.     The  names,  addresses and badge numbers of  all  deputies
involved in the presentment of SUMMONS 55063.

5.    A  certified copy of the LAW, STATUTE, or ORDINANCE,  which
authorizes  a  deputy Sheriff, either on duty  or  off  duty,  to
ignore  NO  TRESPASSING  SIGNS and come without  invitation  upon
private land without a Bona Fide SIGNED WARRANT.

6.    If  this  (5.)  is only a policy of this  department,  then
please  provide the Authority upon which this policy is,  or  was
established.

As provided by Section 5(2) of the Michigan F.O.I.A., I expect to
receive  this as soon as possible but at the latest  within  five
(5) working days of the departments receipt of this request.

If  you decide to deny this request in whole or in part, I expect
to  receive written notification of this decision as provided  in
Sections 5(4) through 5(4) (d) of the F.O.I.A.

I  hereby  agree to pay actual costs for a copy of the  requested
information.
