This  is  a  formal request for certified copies of the following
public  records that are either; produced, generated, maintained,
required  to be in the possession of the above identified  entity
by   either   state   statutes,  municipal   corporation   rules,
regulations, and/or ordinances:

A.   Lawrence  J.  Johnson's  Oath to become  a  Deputy  Sheriff,
     Special Deputy Sheriff or Officer of the Law.

As provided by Section 5(2) of the Michigan F.O.I.A., I expect to
receive  this information as soon as possible but at  the  latest
within  five (5) working days of the departments receipt of  this
request.

If  you decide to deny this request in whole or in part, I expect
to  receive written notification of this decision as provided  in
Sections 5(4) through 5(4) (d) of the F.O.I.A.  If no response is
made within five (5) business days the presumption will be that a
denial  in  fact  exists  and that there is  no  such  identified
documents in existence.
