request  dated  November  22,  1995,  in  their  response,  dated
November 28, 1995, failed to respond to paragraph C.  It is  your
responsibility  to  respond, please take  appropriate  action  to
correct  this  error and to send to me the requested  records  or
submit a written denial.  The time to respond has already passed.
This matter is now urgent!

Please  take  action to improve your oversight of these  official
responses  to minimize liability for failure to comply  with  the
