ATTENTION: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION OFFICER

This  is  a  formal  request for copies of the  following  public
records   that  are  either;  produced,  generated,   maintained,
required  to be in the possession of the above identified  entity
by   either   state   statutes,  municipal   corporation   rules,
regulations, and/or ordinances:

A.   Blank copy of every form used by law enforcement  in Brandon
Township.

B.   Overtime reports for all police activity charged to  Brandon
Township  during the last nine (9) months to include approval  of
same.

C.   Name  of  the chief administrative officer of those  persons
designated in writing to reply to FOIA requests.  A copy of  such
designation will accompany reply.

As provided by Section 5(2) of the Michigan F.O.I.A., I expect to
receive  this information as soon as possible but at  the  latest
within  five (5) working days of the departments receipt of  this
request.

If  you decide to deny this request in whole or in part, I expect
to  receive written notification of this decision as provided  in
Sections 5(4) through 5(4) (d) of the F.O.I.A.  If no response is
made within five (5) business days the presumption will be that a
denial  in  fact  exists  and that there is  no  such  identified
documents in existence.
